This company asks for 50% deposit. When my garage door motor was installed the following was wrong:
1) Door was not touching the floor
2) The door release string was not attached
3) He only replaced one garage door spring leaving the motor unbalanced
4) The garage door did not open all the way to the top
5) The warranty card was not filled out
6) On opening the door on the 3rd time the chain snapped and the motor broke (same day as installation)
I called the guy and he got aggressive, came over and left with the motor – I asked him when he would be back and he said when it was fixed – we will see if he even comes back.
